Jill Barry
Jill received her yoga certification in 2015 and has been teaching steadily ever since. As an E-RYT 500, she has completed an additional 1,500 hours of training in restorative, yin, yoga nidra, trauma informed yoga and more.
As a Mom of a child with special needs, she understands the importance of self care and the precious value of your free time. The goal of her teaching is to not only lead a class that is accessible to people just as they are, but to also provide opportunities for you to move past the physical aspect of yoga and find a deeper level of understanding of this practice and how it relates to you on your mat, and more importantly, when you walk out the door.

Nicki Grealish
Nicki has been practicing for over 8 years and in 2017 she took off to the origin of the practice and received her 200 YTT in India. She continued her education and obtained her 50-hour certification in Yin Meditation and most recently immersed herself in the practice of Rhythmic Metamorphosis.
The spiritual principles of the yogic path are at the core of why she teaches. Yoga to her is not about the perfect asana but rather the perfect expression of what your body is telling you.The art of meditation and movement has played a major role in her development, and you are sure to dial in to the hidden parts of your spirit while she syncs the music with guidance and inspiration.
The teachers along her journey hold an enriching place in her heart and she weaves everything she has learned from meditating in the Himalayas, to practicing Kundalini in Mexico, to the liberation evoked at music festivals in her class.
Taking inspiration from what the stars are doing, she likes to interlace astronomy and astrology within her practice. You can expect a holistic teaching approach, guided by whichever class your taking, whether it’s a morning wake up class, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a decompression evening class.Coming together in workshops and community circles are her specialties, curating a down-to-earth approach to mystical experiences. -
Katie Kourtis
Katie fell in love with Yoga at her first class 17 years ago.. ever since, it has been the constant in her life. Katie received her 200 hr RYT certificate in 2015 and has been teaching ever since. For Katie Yoga has become not only just a practice, but more of a way of life. Katie teaches an all levels flow based Vinyasa class, mindfully crafting her classes based around a set intention and mindful movement. Katie’s classes combine a traditional practice with an updated twist by using music, creative sequencing and heartfelt intentions. Creating a space where people can come, breathe and just be free is what means the most to her. She hopes that you leave class feeling refreshed, balanced and at ease. Teaching and sharing the benefits of Yoga is one of Katie’s most favorite things to do. “Just trying to spread some love, one yoga class at a time.”
From Katie:
“Yoga has helped me stay healthy in all the ways (physically and mentally) I find I have more patience, my body feels better, and stillness now feels like a gift. It has helped me become aware of my needs and how much I need “time and space” for me.. in order to give anyone else my best. Yoga has made me feel like an overall happier human and I am incredibly grateful.” -

Robin Wilson
After many years of practicing yoga sporadically, Robin fully committed herself to the mat ten years ago and has been on the journey of a lifetime ever since. First drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, practicing regularly soon revealed a shift in her focus from solely working out to also working within. She realized that yoga was much more than just movement and began to appreciate the impact it had on her overall well-being: body, mind, and soul. Yoga greatly reduced her anxiety and gave her a sense of calm and self-awareness that she had never before achieved.
Through teacher training, Robin was able to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga as a way of life. She has experienced immeasurable personal growth and has a profound appreciation for yoga as a spiritual gift. She has also discovered a wonderful sense of community along the way. She is excited to share this passion with others. Robin teaches a physically powerful, meditative, and spiritual flow designed to strengthen and nourish the whole self.
She welcomes yogis of all levels and enjoys playing with props in class to find more space, freedom, stability, and confidence in any posture for beginner modifications or for those looking to intensify their practice. While her sequences are creative and challenging, they are always grounded by a strong emphasis on breath connection and mindfulness.
Robin is a 200hr certified yoga instructor, completing her training in 2019 with Esther Hogan, Irene Kam, Elizabeth Crehan and Tricia Cunniff at Firefly Studios in Foxboro. When she is not on the mat, you will most-likely find her with her husband and children in a hockey rink or on the soccer field, exploring new countries, fostering felines, and geeking out over grammar in a nearby classroom.

Janet O'Donnell
Hello! My name is Janet, and I have been practicing yoga with love and devotion for over a decade. Yoga has been my constant companion throughout my life's ups and downs, from running the Boston Marathon to embracing the beautiful chaos of welcoming premature babies into the world and managing the demands of being a working mom. It has provided me with balance and strength, allowing me to overcome challenges and embrace every moment with grace and joy.
Yoga is more than just a routine - it's a way of life and my go-to for overall well-being. It has been my grounding anchor and a boundless energy source that fuels my body, mind, and spirit.
Now, my mission is to share the joy of yoga with others! I completed 200 CYT training at Universal Power Yoga, specializing in Vinyasa flow and power yoga classes that are adaptable for all levels. The best part is that yoga is a journey for anyone and everyone, no matter where you are in your practice.
Teaching is where my heart is happiest, and I am thrilled to share the love, laughter, and yogic vibes with all of you. Join me on the mat, fellow warriors!

Deanna Nunes
My journey through teacher training was life-changing in every positive way. I gained a community of new friends, a deep connection to my mind, body, and soul, and I discovered a type of self-awareness I had never had before. I strive to bring out that awareness in each of my students and pride myself on teaching with authenticity.
I completed my 200-hour certification with Universal Power Yoga in Norwood, MA. I am also certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga as wells as CPR, AED, and First Aid.
I currently teach All Levels Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, and Restorative. I’ve had the pleasure of offering workshops in my community and have also led a practice with high school student-athletes and a children’s summer camp.
Being a teacher brings me so much joy, but I will forever be a student. I love to learn new styles, ideas, and concepts and integrate them into my classes.
When I’m not on my mat you may find me in the boxing gym or spending time with my 3 children and my granddaughter.
I live life with no regrets, my only wish is that I discovered yoga sooner! -
Lisa Maffie
Lisa Maffie found her way to yoga in 2011, seeking to combine stress relief, moving meditation, and a body strengthening practice. She has been dedicated to her practice for 13 years, consistently showing up on her mat to work out all the challenges daily life can bring. As an Adult Nurse Practitioner for 26 years, she has witnessed the ways stress shows up in the body. She knows how yoga has changed her life, and her amazing energy on the mat, guided by her wisdom and calm, welcoming approach to everyone, makes her a teacher who connects immediately with students. Fulfilling her goal of bringing teaching to the community, she graduated with her 200-hour yoga certification in Spring 2024 and jumped right into sharing her practice.
Although Hot Power Yoga is her favorite type of yoga to practice, she enjoys teaching all levels vinyasa flow, with a focus on breathwork, alignment, and the power of an inward lens.
When she’s not in a daily practice of yoga, you can find her walking her two rescue pups, Piper and Bentley, hiking with her friends and family, or playing very competitive games of ping pong with her son.

Julia Evdokimova
Julia is a Vinyasa yoga instructor and a practicing registered dietitian, driven by a lifelong passion for health care inspired by her parents’ careers in the medical field. Watching them help others instilled in her a desire to contribute to wellness and healing. While she acknowledges the significant impact of diet on health, Julia has come to realize that a healthy diet alone is insufficient for overall well-being.
Through her journey, she recognized the profound connections between how we treat our bodies, our mindset, and our responses to others. These elements can influence our health even more than food itself. To deepen her understanding of holistic health, Julia completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program at Balance Studio in Cohasset, where she embraced the principles of Vinyasa yoga.
Currently, Julia is on a mission to remind others that yoga encompasses much more than just physical postures (asanas). It is a mindset and a lifestyle that fosters balance and harmony. Through her work, she aims to inspire individuals to cultivate a comprehensive approach to health that integrates nutrition, movement, and mental well-being, guiding them toward a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

Rebekah Sudikoff
Rebekah has been practicing yoga for over a decade and is drawn to the experience of mind and body through movement and breath, and the shifts that occur when these parts of self are connected through yoga. Her career in corporate finance involves moving at a frantic pace, as does being the mother of twins. Through yoga, Rebekah discovered the physical benefits of both movement and stillness, as well as the power and strength in slowing the breath and focusing the mind.
When she found herself an empty-nester in 2023, she took advantage of the opportunity to deepen her practice by completing yoga teacher training. Today Rebekah shares her love of yoga with others here at Red Oak Yoga. In her classes, Rebekah strives to create a soothing yet challenging experience - “My goal is that you will leave class feeling better than when you arrived and glad you came”. Come flow with Rebekah and share the postitive shifts yoga brings, both on and off the mat, with regular practice.
Rebekah obtained her 200 CYT through Universal Power Yoga and her 20 hour Trauma Informed CYT through Three and a Half Acres Yoga.
